The Art of the First Meeting

The first meeting isn't about deciding if someone is your soulmate. It's about showing up open. I always tell the people I work with: give it a real chance. Nerves are normal, awkward silences happen, and chemistry sometimes takes a minute to show itself.

What I've seen over and over is that the people who go in with curiosity — rather than a checklist — tend to have better experiences, and better outcomes. One conversation can surprise you.
