By submitting payment and registering for services with OneSoul (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “you”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Nature of Services

OneSoul offers personalized matchmaking services designed to help clients connect with compatible individuals. These services may include, at our discretion, onboarding interviews, profile reviews, database inclusion, introductions, and coaching. Services vary by tier, and participation in the database or any program does not guarantee any specific number or type of service.

2. No Guarantee of Match or Outcome

You acknowledge that OneSoul does not guarantee a romantic match, a set number of introductions, or the success of any connection made through our service. Relationship outcomes are inherently personal and beyond our control. Participation in our program does not ensure romantic success.

3. Database Access Fee

If you are paying solely for inclusion in OneSoul’s internal database, you understand and agree that:

• The fee covers only your placement in our pool of vetted singles.
  

• It does not entitle you to any other services, including consultations, coaching, introductions, follow-ups, or status updates.
  

• No communication is guaranteed unless a potential match is identified.
  

• Matchmaking communications are provided at our discretion and are not scheduled.
  

4. Non-Refundable Fees

All fees — including application fees, database access fees, consultation fees, and service packages — are non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether matches are made, introductions result in continued communication, or the client decides to discontinue participation.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest personal information throughout your engagement.

• Act in a respectful, professional manner in all interactions with OneSoul staff and other participants.

• Notify OneSoul of changes in your preferences or relationship status.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if we determine a client has misrepresented themselves, used disrespectful or abusive language, or otherwise disrupted the integrity of our services.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used solely for matchmaking purposes and will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Use of Data

You consent to OneSoul maintaining internal records of your preferences, meeting notes, and match feedback. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for internal research and service improvement.

8. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally single to participate. By registering, you confirm that you are eligible to pursue a romantic relationship.

9. Cancellation Policy

All services begin with internal preparation upon payment. As such, cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneSoul shall not be held liable for any damages, including emotional distress, related to your participation in our services or interactions with potential matches.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising out of or relating to our services shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in New York, NY, and not through litigation in any court of law.

12. Modifications and Version Control

By submitting payment, you agree to the version of these Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of purchase. OneSoul reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available at Onesoul.org
